This community health care provider, with a special mission to help low-income and uninsured people, came to McMillen Creative seeking marketing assistance. HealthPoint was positioned to offer expanded medical services and open additional clinic locations in Northern Kentucky and needed marketing talent.
McMillen Creative examined every touch point a typical patient has with HealthPoint and corroborated what the medical staff already knew: The existing client base is extremely loyal to this health care provider.
